8 mm ~ 139.8 mm  / 5 step.

All equipments are designed for convenience of the operator,

high quality and stability, and increase the productivity with a higher speed. 

Large Size Tube Mill Line is consist  of equipments a producing Round Tube (8" ~ 24"), Square Tube (200 mm ~500 mm) and Large-size Tube.

Tube thickness is up to 22mm available. Milling cutter is built-in.  E.C.T.  Seam Annealler can be included in the line at the request of user.

Sus tube mill line

We can supply a tube mill line equipped with TIG welder, LASER welder and H.F welder, along with required accessory.

Spiral fin tube mill uses the high frequency welding method when making tubes, end there are two kinds of fin tube-, solid type and serrated type. This mill is designed that fin is welded tightly onto the surface of the tube, thus increases tensile strength of the tube. This mill also provide operators with an easy to use and a accuracy in process.  

Spiral Weld Pipe Mill is consist of equipments which produce   

16" ~ 96"(400 mm ~ 2438 mm) pipes, and designed for convenience and stability of the operater.  

The line is also possible for a 22m long of pipe.

H.F Welder

The wesco induction welding process is suitable for welding tube 8 mm ~ 300 mm diameter and it makes the surface of welding point simle.The wesco contact welding process is available for tube of larger diameter and can be provided at a competitive price.

Pipe Finishing Equipment  

End Facer, Straightening a Hydro Tester and Packing can be used for a full-automatic or semi-automatic production.  Furthermore, the automatic line

can be set-up with equipments requested by user.
