Weldcom Unit

WeldCom Unit is applied to high-frequency Electric Resistance Weld(ERW) and very useful in guaranteeing stability of weld quality and reducing possibilities of inferiority.  

ERWs has presently been used in the Pipe and Tube Mills, as user controls weld power manually by change of tubing speed in welding, it has caused loss of product quality and deterioration of weld quality until proper weld power is obtained by tubing speeds. Likewise, existing foreign-made welds do not fully provide weld power by speeds. Specially, as weld power control depends on voltage control pattern, proper control of weld power is disabled by change of load according to change of edge meeting in welding, and accordingly it greatly deteriorates weld quality. WeldCom Unit solves the above-mentioned problems of existing domestic and foreign-made high-frequency ERWs. It has alarming and tracking function by detecting weld spark to influence weld quality due to current short in welding, and such functions can be applied in view of data analysis, production and quality management for weld-related factors by real-time monitoring key weld factors to get them
